If you want to change your password all you need to do is login to your account then go to 'Settings' > 'Membership' then change your password. If you want a random password you could go to the main Aw2 Networks Mail Login page and select forgot password and we will send a new one to you.

If you have forgotten your password or think your typing in the right password and its not logging you in try these simple steps:

1. Make sure you have caps lock off as our system is character sensitive.

2. Ensure your loggin in with your Main E-Mail Account not your Alias

If you cannot login still simply go back to the Login page and click 'Forgot Password' then follow the steps

To make it easier for you Aw2 Networks Mail can remember your login details which makes looking at your email so much easier. However we only advise using this feature when your on your personal computer, using this feature on a public computer means someone can easily find your information and login with your details.

Aw2 Networks Mail will log users in when you enter your main email address for example aw2networks@aw2mail.com it will not log you in using your aliases so if you have aw2networks1@aw2mail.com as your alias and your main account email as aw2networks@aw2mail.com you need to use your aw2networks@aw2mail.com email address to login along with your password.
